| The admission fee is for each new fixed berth (for which we provide you with 8 m²) | 800,00 € |
| From the 9th m², the one-off investment levy for each new fixed leaseholder per m² is | 110,00 € |
The investment levy is repaid pro rata if the tenant leaves within the first 5 years. Years in which an entitlement is taken count in full.
Personal members who have not yet reached the age of 27 may apply to pay the admission fee and the investment contribution in 5 equal annual instalments. The first instalment is to be paid in the year of admission. The outstanding instalments are interest-free. However, the admission fee and the investment contribution are due for payment in full at the latest upon reaching the age of 27.
